| Shipping & Return Information |
Shipping Information:
- Orders will normally be shipped in 7 – 14 days from date of order.
- If for some reason order can not be shipped in this time frame you will be notified by e-mail.
- Orders will be shipped USPS priority or UPS ground.
- Rates are as follows:
2-Day Express Surcharge is $12 fee for each address in addition to the standard shipping charge above
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days.
- Item must not be damaged in anyway.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee.
- Customer must pay shipping on returned item. If it was our mistake we will reimburse shipping.
- We will not be responsible for packages that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect
address on original order form or refusal of delivery by recipient. - You will incur a second shipping charge for any re-shipment of a returned package that was due to the
recipient refusing delivery or due to an incorrect address on the original order form. You will also be
charged the fee the shipper charges us for the return.
